Zmotion Riders at the 30th Horrible Hundred 2009
What a perfect day and great ride. The Sugarloaf hill is sure a challenge, no matter how many times we do it and always leave the taste of having more.
Great organization, great sag and police support.
Thank you!

Aspen Vacation Colorado USA
A perfect spot for me to relax is right by the Aspen Moutain in Aspen Colorado during the winter, with lots of snow, skiers, and with the town crowded of beautiful and happy people. The Hyatt Grand is my favorite hotel, walking distance to the Gondola and to the Little Nell.
Aspen, Aspen...I love the winter!

Zmotion Team II
What an amazing ride we had today with the Camp Pat's Zmotion Team! With average speed of 20MPH and total ride of 65miles, all riders safe and sound up to a great breakfast at The Cove in Deerfield Beach.
On the picture, Gina ( Team II Leader of Camp Pat) and Karina ( Camp A1A) at a fill up breat at the gas station in Palm Beach.
Camp Pat Zmotion Team
We had such a great time today riding with Teams I & II all together. The pro riders/racers held into the lows 20's all the way north to Palm Beach, staying close together with Team II even on their way back south. Besides their motivation, the pro riders were constantly helping other riders with tips on bike position, pedaling and training. It was such a friendly pace and pleasure to ride.
From Boynton Beach south to Deerfield Team I got into a faster pace, sometimes reaching 30 miles per hour, but not for too long, so the faster riders from Team I were able to hang along all the way to the Cove where we all had breakfast and a great time talking about the awesome ride.

A Message from Zmotion:
"Welcome to Camp A1A
We’re excited that you’ve decided to join Team zMotion and commit to training and fundraising for MS. Whatever you’ve pledged to raise, whether it’s $10,000 or the $300 minimum, we’re here to help you achieve your goals of fitness, fundraising and fun.
Our group of cyclists have different levels of experience, from advanced veterans to first-year novices, so there’s nothing to worry about. Along with the Camp Leader, veteran riders will support your efforts to learn how to ride safely, eat wisely and build endurance and experience on the road.
On the camp's page, you’ll find the latest information about our camp, along with a weekly blog, uploaded camp pictures and updates on routes, weather and much more. If you have any questions, feel free to email me anytime. I look forward to seeing you at our next training session!
